This Privacy Policy explains how Cornerman Group LLC ("Cornerman Group," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit cornermangroup.com (the "Site"), contact us, or receive text messages from us. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you fill out a form, call, text or email us. This may include:
- Your name and business name
- Your phone number and email address
- Details about your business, such as number of trucks or services offered

Cookies and technical data
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third party advertising trackers on the Site. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the Site running. Images on the Site are delivered by a third party image service, and our contact form and chat widget are provided by our customer relationship management provider. These services receive basic technical information such as your IP address when they load, and the form and chat widget may use cookies that are strictly necessary for them to work and to prevent spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the contact form may not work without them.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
- To send appointment reminders and follow up messages you agreed to receive
- To send marketing messages, only if you separately agreed to receive them
- To provide, manage and improve our services
- To keep records of consent and opt out requests
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you agree to receive text messages from Cornerman Group, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. See our Terms for full text messaging terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We only share information with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include our customer relationship management and phone platform, our email provider and our website host. These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as needed to serve you and run our business, and as required by law. Records of text message consent and opt outs are kept for at least as long as the law requires so we can prove we honored your choices.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Calls and email: ask us at any time to stop contacting you, and we will add you to our internal do not contact list.

California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may request information about whether we have shared your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. You may also contact us at any time to review or request changes to the information we hold about you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across other websites or over time for advertising, the Site does not change its behavior in response to these signals.

Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
